The designer of this famous landmark originally wanted to build it in Barcelona, Spain but the proposal was rejected.  What was the landmark? 

I thought this one would be tough since we didn't give "a place" of where it was built.
But No!  Charles Marsh of Marshall was the very first caller and took a wild guess!  Good Job Charles.
